The maximum path length that can be found is 4. Search for intermediate/indirect
interconnection that may take
place between two entities. Entity name must be a valid gene symbol, Entrez gene id,
miRBase mirna mature id, SNP DB
id, chEMBL id, ...
Load a network in SIF format and analize it against the RING DB data.
